Fogg
Hollow Farms is located in the beautiful area of Middle Tennessee,
within an hours drive of Huntsville, AL and Nashville, TN. Bill &
Wanda are dedicated to moving back to nature, enjoying the natural
resources of the earth and sharing it with others. We have 117
acres that has pastures for our Highland cattle, fields for growing
natural foods for ourselves and others, and hills for hiking to commune
with the deer, turkey and other wildlife. We have natural springs
to enjoy the fresh, cool water for our home use and our animals, which
insures we know what goes into our bodies, our animals and our crops. Bill works for the government and is presently on a tour to Afghanistan until December 2009, and Wanda manages the farm (or lets it manage her). She manages a small CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) that she prides herself in providing the freshest, best tasting, naturally grown fruits, herbs and vegetables. Fogg Hollow plans on keeping the CSA small to provide a way of life instead of just being a business. We want members to be members for many years and become friends instead of customers, whom we hardly know.

| Wanda also grows
herbs to sell as plants for gardens and dried or fresh for cooking.
She has windowsill herb gardens that range from 4 herbs to 10 different
herbs and can be custom made if desired. She teaches herb classes
at the farm, for Master Garden groups and Garden Clubs. She also grows
heirloom tomato, pepper and other plants in her greenhouse for those who
want to grow their own, but don't have the facilities to start plants
and want a better variety than sold at local stores.
We also raise Scotch Highland cattle for breeding stock and sell grass-fed beef that is healthy for you as well as delicious to eat. We raise a variety of heritage chickens for free-range eggs and are in the early breeding of pheasants and heritage turkeys. We have 21 cats, 4 dogs, 40+ chickens, 3 horses, sheep, an ancient Angora goat, turkeys, and pheasants along with the cows. We always love to have visitors come out to help feed all the animals. Call and come out for a picnic, pet the animals and enjoy the fresh air.
